What does the wellness path include? And which are the temperatures?
Our wellness path includes the use of the following services:
– hydromassage pool with water at 35 ° with leg / back massage and
– cervical blades
– 90° Finnish sauna
– 45° steam bath

– ice waterfall
– emotional tunnel
– relaxing / reading area with wi-fi connection, herbal tea corner
– antifungal protection
How many hours is it possible to access the Wellness Area?
The minimum duration is 120 minutes and the price is € 35.00 per person. It is possible to add an extra hour at the cost of €15.00 per person. Massages and treatments range start from a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 80 min.
Is it necessary to stay in the hotel to access the SPA?
It is not necessary to access the Wellness Center.
Is it the path only for couples?
It is not necessary to use the Wellness Area in couple. Single entry is also provided.
Do you offer treatments or massages for couples?
We have several packages available for couples that can be consulted in our brochures. We particularly recommend the “Spa Rituals” by Comfort Zone.
Is the Spa Kit included?
The Spa Kit is included and includes towel, slippers and personal locker. To access the Wellness Area it is necessary to wear the costume.
Is a massage or a treatment also included in the duration of the wellness path?
Massages and treatments are excluded. It is possible to consult our brochures to discover the dedicated packages or contact us through one of our channels (telephone, Whatsapp, mail, social) to advise you on the treatment that best suits your needs.
Do you need a swimming cap inside the pool?
The swimming cap is not necessary inside the pool.
What is included in the changing room?
Inside the changing room you can find a personal locker containing the Spa Kit. The showers are equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. You will also find the hairdryer.
Are there also outdoor spaces where you can relax?
The path is completely covered, but there is an outdoor relaxation area equipped with sun beds where you can relax and enjoy an excellent herbal infusion. Also, for the summer season, it is possible to access the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel using a dedicated package.
Is there a refreshment area? Can I move to the hotel for lunch or stay for dinner?
It is not possible to consume your own food or drinks inside the Center. It is possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant upon reservation.
Is it possible to have an aperitif at the SPA? If yes, also by the pool or just in the relaxing area?
It is possible to organize an aperitif at the Wellness Center, which can only be consumed in the relaxing area.

What rules must be observed at the Spa?
In order to be a relaxing and at the same time pleasant experience, it is necessary to guarantee privacy and tranquility to everyone present in the structure. Talk in a low voice and generally keep a moderate attitude. Mute the mobile phone and / or other electronic equipment that may disturb other Guests. Smoking is forbidden. Access to animals is prohibited. Children under 18 (eighteen) years old must be accompanied by an adult. It is forbidden to use slippers inside the sauna and the steam bath. For hygiene reasons and for your safety, it is mandatory to wear slippers during your stay inside the area.
What are the opening days and times of the Wellness Center?
The days and opening hours are as follows:
SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY – From 10:00 to 20:00
WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY – From 13:00 to 20:00
TUESDAY – Closed
It is possible that in some periods the opening hours may be changed.
Are children allowed?
It is forbidden for children under 18 to use the facility. Our young guests aged between 16 and 18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult and with a completed and signed release form.
Is access allowed during pregnancy? What are the treatments that can be done?
For pregnant women, access to the Wellness Center is allowed, with the exception of the use of the sauna and steam bath. For massages and beauty treatments we advise you to contact our staff who will be
able to indicate the ones that best suit your needs.
Is there a parking available?
There is an outdoor car park and an underground car park, both completely free. No reservation is required.
Is it necessary to book to access to the wellness path or a treatment? How is it possible to book?

Can I cancel or change the time of the entrance at the SPA area or treatment? If so, until when is it possible to do?
It is possible to cancel or change the time of an appointment within 24 hours before. In case of cancellation after the pre-established limit, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty. In case of delays, compared to the time established for the start of the treatment, the appointment will still end at the set time.
I only booked access to the SPA area but, upon arrival, I decide to have a massage or treatment. Can I book it directly at the hotel?
It is possible to book massages and treatments directly in the structure upon to availability.
What are your most particular massages and / or treatments?
Due to our collaboration with the Comfort Zone company, specialized in formulation of cosmetic, eco-sustainable products, formulated without silicones, animal derivatives, mineral oils, artificial colors, SLS, we have developed a wide range of exclusive massages and treatments, which can be consulted in our brochure that you can find on our website.
Is it possible to buy cosmetic products directly at the structure?
It is possible to buy all the products of the different Comfort Zone lines directly in the structure.
Do I have to pay in advance? How can I do it?
Advance payment is not necessary. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking as a guarantee.
Is the access to the SPA area already included for the Hotel guests?
The reservation of a room does not include the access to the SPA area.
The cost for hotel guests is € 15.00 per person per hour.
Is it possible to book the SPA exclusively for parties and events?
It is possible to book the exclusive use of our SPA with dedicated rates by contacting us through our channels (telephone, Whatsapp, mail, social).
Is it possible to book a room in Day Use?
It is possible to book a room in Day Use at the Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre hotel, upon availability.
VOUCHER & GIFT CARD
Can I buy a gift voucher? What validity does it have?
Vouchers have a duration of 6 months, are nominal and cannot be transferred to other people. Reservation is required and the voucher can only be redeemed in a single solution and it is necessary to bring it with you at the appointment. must contact the property to request a new copy.
Does a gift voucher require the reservation at the time of purchase?
No, it is not necessary to book when you purchase the voucher as being a gift, the date and time of the service will be chosen directly by the recipient.
